Do you accept international orders?
At MuralDecal.com we ship to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), Italy, France, Germany, United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Andorra, Norway, Holland and Canada. For more information, please consult our shipping methods and delivery times.
Will you alert me prior to delivering my order?
If your order is sent by DPD and you have included a cellphone number in your user profile, the carrier will send you a SMS to inform you of the tracking number and the estimated delivery date.

Why I have not received my order?
If you placed the order on a weekend or if your order coincides with a national or local holiday, it is possible that your order has not been shipped on the date estimated. If your order has been shipped but has not yet arrived, check with the shipping agency or Post Office.
When will my order arrive and with which agency?
Under the section 'My Orders' you can see the date on which we shipped your order. Using this date, you can calculate when delivery will occur. We currently work with Seur.
It has been over a week since I placed my order but the shipment has yet to arrive. What´s going on?
Consult the 'My Orders' section to assure that your order was placed successfully and has been confirmed. Also check that it has been shipped. If the order was not properly confirmed, please get in touch with us. If the order has been shipped but has not yet arrived, please contact the carrier used.

What does "flipped" mean?
The "flipped" option is available in the majority of our products. When you order a flipped product, it will ship with a "mirror effect", i.e., that which is facing right will appear as facing to the left, and vice versa. This option is recommended for installation on the interior of a glass surface, such that the view from the exterior of the glass is as shown in the original design. Note that printing on stickers and wall murals is always done on the non-adhesive surface.
I bought some stickers which I will not put up within a month. Will I have problems when I put them up?
No, you should not have any problems. Just keep in mind that it is better to keep the surface extended and flat to prevent wrinkles that could make installation difficult.
Where can decorative stickers be placed? What size should I choose?
Our wall decals and photo murals can be mounted on any smooth surface. In choosing an appropriate size for the product, the ideal is to measure the space available and select a design whose measurements can fit within that space.
What color will look good on my surface?
There are colors for all tastes! We can not tell what color to choose. However, on the product card you can perform a simulation of how the vinyl will look in the color you´ve chosen, against a tone similar to that of your wall.
How I can remove the bubbles that remain following installation?
Yes, in all shipments we include a free squeegee to get the best fit for the vinyl. With this spatula you can smooth the vinyl to remove any bubbles that appear during the installation.
Can I mount the stickers on a freshly painted surface?
We recommend that you wait a couple of weeks after painting prior to mounting the stickers. For the most reliable advice regarding how and when to proceed, check with your painter.
How can I ensure that my stickers stay as good as new?
Simple: just be sure to wash them without using chemicals or abrasives. If mounted inside, further action is unnecessary. The high quality materials used ensure optimal duration.
How I can remove the stickers?
Vinyl stickers can be removed with ease. Heat the adhesive with a hair dryer, and using the edge of a fingernail peel away the sticker while heating the surface to which it is adhered. Continue to peel off the adhesive bit by bit until it is completely removed from the surface. If any sticky residue remains, you can remove it using a cloth moistened with rubbing alcohol or paint thinner.
Do stickers damage the surface to which they have been adhered?
The vinyl stickers will in no way damage the surfaces to which they have been adhered.
