Is it possible to use a different font?
Unfortunately, using the web tool only allows for use of the fonts that appear in the catalog. If the desired font is different than those we have available, you will have to send it to us by email.

Where can custom texts be mounted?
You can mount custom texts on any smooth surface.
Can I mount the stickers myself?
On the web you will find instructions for the mounting of stickers from small to large.
Are surfaces damaged by the stickers?
The vinyl stickers will in no way damage the surfaces on which they are mounted, whether that surface be glass, chassis, etc.

The texts can be safely cleaned with mild soap and water.

Do you make custom stickers?
Yes, we do custom orders. Just send us the design, measurements and the number of units by email to atencionalcliente@teleadhesivo.com and we will tell you if we can do the order and send you a price quote.
What if I see an artist I like but cannot find a specific work?
If the image you're looking for is not in our catalog look for something similar at www.shutterstock.com , indicate to us the reference, the size, and the material, and we will send you a price quote.
What if I'm not sure if my image has a high enough resolution to create a photomural?
We will inform you if the image sent is of sufficient quality to be printed in the size indicated.
What resolution should the personalized photo you want to use have?
It is recommended that the picture you send us have 5000 pixels and 300 dpi. This, or that the image be the actual size to be used for printing.
Why has the question I sent by email not been answered?
95% of emails received are answered within 24 hours on business days. Please note that on Mondays and days following holidays days it may take a bit longer to answer questions, but response is always guaranteed.
