This insurance will be highly useful in the case of damage or loss by the carrier. In all cases, return costs are to be borne by the customer. When exercising your right to return a product, we will only accept products that are shipped in their original packaging, in as-new and complete condition (with instructions, glue, etc ...).We do not accept articles that have been sent incomplete, damaged, or mistreated by the customer, and we will only accept articles provided that the use made of them was that for which they were intended.
