Yes. If your order is shipped by our courier and you have entered a mobile phone number in your customer profile, the delivery company will send you an SMS with the estimated delivery date and tracking number.
We have over 20 years of experience in the sector. Since 2000 we have manufactured and shipped thousands of decorative vinyls, personalised stickers and wall murals to customers worldwide.
At MuralDecal.com we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. Your product goes into production on the first working day after your order is placed. If you choose express delivery, you'll receive it within 24 to 72 hours (on working days). Check the detailed delivery times by country.
If you placed your order over a weekend or during a national or local public holiday, it may not have left our facilities on the estimated date. If your order already shows as "shipped" but you haven't received it, we recommend contacting the shipping company directly using your tracking number.
We currently work with our courier partner. You can check the date we shipped your order by accessing the 'My Orders' section of your account. Once you know that date, you can calculate the approximate delivery.
First, check in 'My Orders' that your purchase was placed and confirmed correctly, and verify that the status shows 'shipped'. If the order wasn't confirmed, contact us. If it was already shipped but you still don't have it, contact the shipping company with your tracking number.
The "mirrored" option is available on most of our products. It means the design will be manufactured with a "mirror effect". This option is ideal if you want to apply the vinyl to the inside of a window (like a shop window) so it reads or looks correct from the outside.
We recommend installing them as soon as possible so the material doesn't degrade. However, if you keep them in their original packaging, in a dry place away from heat or humidity sources, they will hold perfectly until you decide to install them.
Our decorative vinyls and wall murals can be applied to almost any smooth surface (walls, windows, furniture, doors). To choose the right size, it's best to first measure the space you have and then select the design dimensions that fit best.
It depends on your taste and the lighting of the room. As a general decorative rule, we recommend looking for contrast: choose dark or vibrant colours if your wall is light, and white or very light tones if your wall is painted a dark colour.
To make the process easier and avoid bubbles, we include a free application squeegee with every shipment. If despite using it a small air bubble remains, don't worry - most will disappear on their own within a few weeks. If a larger bubble appears, you can prick it gently with a needle and smooth the area with the squeegee.
Not recommended. We suggest waiting at least a couple of weeks (or as indicated by the paint manufacturer) to ensure the wall is completely dry and has expelled all moisture. If you're unsure, your trusted painter can advise you better.
It's very simple: just clean them gently with a damp cloth, without using chemicals, bleach or abrasive products. Indoors they require very little maintenance, as we use only the highest quality materials.
They come off easily by applying heat. Warm the adhesive with a hairdryer from a few centimetres away. Then, lift the vinyl by an edge with your fingernail and pull it gently and parallel to the wall whilst continuing to apply heat. If any sticky residue remains on the surface after removal, you can clean it with a cloth dampened in alcohol or mild solvent.
No, our vinyls will not damage surfaces if the wall was in good condition before installation and if they are removed correctly by applying heat, as we recommend.
