2. Warranties and Conformity

In accordance with the regulations in force in 2026, MuralDecal offers a three (3) year legal warranty from delivery.

During the first two (2) years, it is presumed that any lack of conformity already existed at the time of delivery. Given the nature of our products (vinyl decals), the warranty is subject to correct installation following the provided instructions. For more details, please consult our Warranty tab.

3. Pricing and Reviews (Transparency)

  • Price reductions: In compliance with the Omnibus Directive, any discount shown takes as reference the lowest price applied to the product in the last 30 days.
  • Review verification: MuralDecal guarantees that the reviews published come exclusively from customers who have made a real purchase, through a direct invitation system after order delivery.

4. Privacy and Cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by the GDPR. Your data is used for order management and, if authorized, for personalized communications.

Our cookie system complies with 2026 criteria, offering total symmetry between the options to accept and reject tracking technologies.

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of disagreement, we invite you to contact our customer service.

Following the cessation of the European Commission's ODR platform in 2025, in the event of a dispute, the consumer may turn to accredited Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Entities or to the courts of the user's place of residence.
