We print on the Gildan Softstyle 64000, the t-shirt European merch uses when it wants to look the part. Preshrunk ring-spun cotton, 153 gsm, tear-away label, no centre crease: so the artwork sits right and the t-shirt feels right.
The difference between a merch t-shirt and a basic souvenir t-shirt comes down to four details you'll notice the moment you open the package.
Denser than the souvenir basic (135 gsm) but lighter than a sport polo. The "fan-merch" weight that survives a concert tour without losing shape.
The neck label peels off cleanly with a soft tug. No scissors, no itch, no leftover tag. You'll appreciate it from the second wash onwards.
The t-shirt is cut turned 90° relative to the fabric roll. The result: no vertical line running down the middle that ruins any centred artwork.
We print with high-density inks on preshrunk fabric. It holds up 30+ washes without fading, as long as you follow the care label inside.

How to measure your chest? Grab a t-shirt you already love, lay it flat and measure across just under the sleeves. Multiply by 2 — that's the "chest" measurement above.
Direct-to-garment digital printing with high-density inks. Each t-shirt is made to order, no pre-printed stock.
We apply a light pretreatment that helps the ink bond to the cotton.
High-density inks sprayed directly onto the fabric — no adhesive transfer.
Controlled heat bonds pigment to cotton fibre. The ink becomes part of the garment, not a layer on top.
Visual colour check and folding. Ships folded and individually bagged.
Solid colours: 100% preshrunk ring-spun cotton.
Heather Graphite: 50/50 cotton/polyester.
Other Heathers: 65% polyester / 35% cotton.
Sport Grey / Antique: 90/10 cotton/polyester.
Machine wash max 30 °C, inside out. Gentle spin. No bleach, no fabric softener directly on the print. Air-dry (skipping the tumble dryer extends colour life).
Iron on low heat from the inside. Never iron directly on the print: the ink handles the heat-cure dryer but not direct contact at high temperature.
