To ensure maximum quality, we need the original editable file (vectorised) or a high-resolution image. A simple low-resolution photo is not sufficient for manufacturing.
The minimum manufacturing size is approximately 3 x 3 cm, although it may vary depending on the design. For very small details or text less than 5 mm high, cut quality may be affected. We recommend contacting us first if you have doubts about your design's viability.
Please specify the colour exactly as we name it in our online catalogue (e.g. "Matte Black"). We cannot guarantee accuracy based on colour references from other catalogues that are not part of our colour chart.
Yes. Cut or die-cut stickers have a transparent background by definition, as they are cut following the design outline. For square or rectangular stickers, the background is the colour of the chosen vinyl (usually white). Let us know in your order if you need a transparent background.
"Sticker" is a general term. Canvas vinyl is a synthetic, durable material that imitates picture canvas. It adheres with adhesive, which we provide, and is ideal for large formats. Other vinyls are purely self-adhesive.
Stickers manufactured with our first-quality vinyl have a 5-year outdoor warranty (3-4 years for metallic finishes). They resist rain, sun and temperature variations perfectly.
Yes, we have vinyls with low-tack adhesive that allow you to reposition the sticker several times without leaving a mark. They're ideal for shop windows, walls where you don't want to commit to a fixed position, or delicate surfaces. Contact us if you need this option.
Depending on the type of sticker, we use two different technologies:
Both technologies use first-quality materials, which makes the difference compared to more economical market solutions.
They can be installed without problems on surfaces that are smooth and non-porous: painted walls, windows, lacquered wood, metal, plastic. On vehicles, they can be applied to the bodywork or windows, taking care to avoid the windscreen wiper path.
You should request it in Mirrored position (mirror effect). Normal position is designed for exterior installation and read correctly. To be readable from outside when installed inside the window, you need the mirror effect.
To remove them without damaging the surface, warm the vinyl with a hairdryer on medium heat for a few seconds and pull slowly from a corner. If any adhesive residue remains, it can be easily removed with isopropyl alcohol or a specific adhesive remover product.
